Good implementation of the classic. I'm very happy it's running at a stable 60 FPS. I love the tight, punchy controls, but turning could be a little faster. I understand you probably sought to maintain precision for shooting, but you could have allowed slow rotation with a modifier like Shift+A/Shift+D. The low framerate effects when asteroids blow up/your ship accelerates are really cute. Overall, it's a polished clone, and I'm excited to see you tackle something bigger!

I really like that idea of a slower rotation for accuracy! I'm also thinking of adding the score when the asteroid explodes, along with a MySQL leader board :) Thanks for taking the time to have a play and bigger things are coming, slowly....but surely!
